What You’ll Own • Drive residential real estate deals from kickoff to closing and beyond • Keep every file audit-ready, deadline-safe, and friction-free • Be the control tower that keeps agents, lenders, and title partners aligned • Turn moving parts into a clean, predictable pipeline Deal Execution • Launch new files, set up workflows, and maintain pristine digital records • Juggle a high-volume pipeline without dropping a single thread • Standardize file structure and ensure every document lands where it should Quality & Compliance • Scrutinize agreements, disclosures, and addenda for accuracy and completeness • Validate signatures, dates, and required forms before they become problems • Close gaps fast—chase missing items and correct errors with urgency • Keep each file aligned to internal checklists and audit standards Timeline Control • Map and monitor key milestones: inspections, financing, appraisal, closing • Send nudges before things slip—not after • Flag risks early and escalate anything that could derail timelines Stakeholder Sync • Coordinate daily with agents, lenders, title/escrow, and internal teams • Share crisp status updates and next actions—no guesswork, no noise • Clear conditions quickly so deals keep moving Close-Out Discipline • Run a final pre-close sweep to ensure zero loose ends • Package and archive completed files to meet compliance requirements • Maintain clean records for easy retrieval and audits Must-Haves • 1–3+ years supporting real estate transactions, compliance, or similar operations • Obsessive attention to detail—you catch what others miss • Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal) • Proven ability to manage volume and hit deadlines without chaos • Strong organization and follow-through—you finish what you start Nice-to-Haves • Hands-on experience with tools like Dotloop, SkySlope, or equivalent systems • Working knowledge of U.S. real estate paperwork and closing flow • Experience supporting U.S.-based agents or brokerages remotely Setup & Tools • Stable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace • Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office • Ability to learn new systems quickly and keep processes tidy Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
