This role is ideal for radiologists who prefer later-day shifts without overnight hours, while still maintaining a highly efficient workflow and excellent earning potential. Compensation & Incentives • Base Salary: $375,000 (negotiable based on experience) • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 • Performance Bonus: Up to $50,000 beginning Year 2 • Additional Income: Internal moonlighting opportunities available Clinical Responsibilities • Interpret approximately 140 cases per evening shift • Case mix includes: • 30–40% CT imaging • General X-ray studies • Ultrasound • Occasional MRI studies • Balanced mix of: • Emergency Department imaging • Inpatient hospital studies • Lower-acuity standalone ER coverage • Deliver timely and accurate interpretations in a high-throughput setting Work Environment • Fully remote teleradiology position • Strong, team-based structure with overlapping radiologist coverage • Real-time support from experienced colleagues during shifts • Streamlined workflows designed for efficiency and accuracy • Modern PACS and IT infrastructure for seamless reporting Ideal Candidate • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology • Comfortable managing moderate-to-high overnight-adjacent volumes • Strong diagnostic skills across multiple imaging modalities • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting • Eligible for or currently holding U.S. state medical licensure Why This Opportunity? • Excellent work-life balance with 7 on / 14 off schedule • No overnight shifts while maintaining strong earning potential • High case volume with consistent workflow • Supportive, collaborative radiology team environment • Opportunities for additional income through moonlighting • Remote flexibility with no commute This is a strong opportunity for radiologists seeking a high-volume evening role with excellent compensation, structured time off, and a supportive team environment.
