DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role The PS Offering Manager - Fortinet is responsible for the end-to-end product management of Exclusive Networks’ Fortinet Networks professional services portfolio on a global scale. At the heart of this role is the mandate to transform Exclusive Networks’ distribution sales motion so that professional services become a natural, value-added component of every Fortinet Networks product sale. The growth opportunity lies in attaching professional services to product transactions through Exclusive Networks’ extensive distribution channel—this role provides the governance, alignment and enablement necessary to realise that opportunity at scale. In addition, there is an opportunity to develop standalone professional services that don’t require product attachment, such as consulting, integration, assessment, optimisation and managed services. To accomplish this, the Offerings Manager leads the productisation of Fortinet Networks professional services—mapping products to courses, managing SKUs, pricing and commercial and delivery model in partnership with the Service Operations team. As the global liaison to Fortinet Networks’ Professional Services organisation, the Offerings Manager ensures our professional services portfolio meets vendor expectations and market demand. Crucially, this role collaborates across global and regional sales leadership, vendor managers, IT/BI automation teams, and transformation programmes to grow professional services revenue through the standard quoting and sales workflow. The goal is to reduce friction for sales teams and make selling of professional services seamless, intuitive, and strategically integrated—converting Exclusive Networks’ sales reach into scalable, recurring Fortinet Networks professional services revenue while maintaining a high-quality, compliant portfolio. As the PS Offering Manager - Fortinet, you will: Sales Transformation: Drive the integration of Fortinet Networks professional services into Exclusive Networks’ distribution sales motion, ensuring that offerings are actively sold alongside product sales to maximize attach rates and customer value. Work closely with global and regional sales leadership, vendor managers, and transformation teams to implement systematic initiatives as part of a comprehensive sales approach, while coordinating with the Global Services Organisation and country sales leaders to align these efforts with overall business objectives. Global Professional Services Portfolio Management: Own and curate the portfolio of Fortinet Networks professional services offered by Exclusive Networks worldwide. This includes introducing new offerings (in line with Fortinet Networks’ product launches or updates), retiring or updating outdated offerings, and ensuring the portfolio meets regional market needs and the vendor’s strategic objectives Vendor Relationship & Program Compliance: Act as the global point of contact for Fortinet Networks’ professional services program team. Build and maintain a strong partnership with Fortinet Networks key stakeholders, scheduling regular business reviews and updates. Ensure Exclusive Networks remains in full compliance with Fortinet Networks’ certification and accreditation requirements and quality standards. Leverage the vendor relationship to gain early insight into upcoming campaigns to maximize joint opportunities such as co-marketing or participation in vendor-led initiatives. Proactively communicate Exclusive Networks’ professional services performance and plans to the vendor to strengthen the partnership. SKU Management and Pricing: Own the global catalog of professional services SKU codes for Fortinet Networks in Exclusive Networks’ systems. Ensure every Fortinet Networks offering has a unique SKU in the ERP (NetSuite) with accurate descriptions and pricing information, so that quoting and booking are seamless. Work with regional teams to set pricing guidelines that balance local market conditions with global margin targets. Periodically review and reorganise the SKU database to fix inconsistencies or gaps (e.g. missing prices, incorrect mappings), thereby removing friction in the sales process. This includes coordinating with the service catalog team on pricing updates (e.g. reflecting vendor price changes or promotions) and communicating changes to all stakeholders. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators for the Fortinet Networks professional services offerings. This includes financial metrics (revenue, gross margin per course, attach rate to product sales), operational metrics and quality metrics. Analyze performance data via dashboards and reports, and present insights and action plans in business reviews. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal PS Offering Manager - Fortinet: Industry & Domain Experience: 5+ years of experience in services product management or vendor relationship management in the IT or cybersecurity sector. Hands-on experience with Fortinet Networks technologies or training programs is highly advantageous. Vendor Program Knowledge: Strong understanding of how vendor-authorized partnerships operate. Strategic and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about a product portfolio – including positioning, pricing, and new offerings – while also being very data-driven. Proficiency in analyzing sales and operational data (e.g., using Excel or BI tools like Power BI) to make informed decisions about course scheduling, pricing adjustments, and performance improvement. Experience setting or contributing to business KPIs/OKRs is a plus, as this role will measure success (e.g., growth in professional services revenue, attach rates, etc.) and adjust strategy accordingly. Project Management & Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously. Must be highly organized and capable of managing detailed tasks without losing sight of the big-picture timelines and product launch cycles. Familiarity with project management methodologies is beneficial. Technical Aptitude: While this is not an engineering role, a solid technical aptitude is needed. Ability to grasp new Fortinet Networks technologies and their use cases will help in overseeing the operational aspects of the product portfolio.
