Role Overview
The Provider Analytics Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for turning healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for providers, clients, and internal teams. This position supports client conversations, presentations, and sales efforts by delivering accurate, easy-to-understand analysis that drives decision-making.
What You Will Do
Analyze healthcare data and reporting outputs to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that can be shared with providers, clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting, client success, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience.
- Experience creating reports and presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal guidance.
- Ability to identify key questions, structure ambiguous problems, and execute solutions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with a quality assurance mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to navigate reporting tools and generate reports.
- Basic familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred, but not required.
- Preferred familiarity with healthcare data and billing practices, including CPT and HCPCS codes.
