Vidispine is a solutions integrator delivering media and broadcast solutions globally, including cloud-based media platforms and broadcast management systems.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of VidiNet and BMS projects. This role involves managing project execution end to end, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and supporting successful project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and closure
Oversee project execution, including scope, timeline, quality, and customer outcomes
Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure shared understanding of project scope
Plan and manage deliverables, milestones, and timelines
Support project governance through reporting, stakeholder updates, and meetings
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customers
Act as a point of contact between customer stakeholders and delivery teams
Help ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
Delivery & Scope Management
Monitor project performance using agreed KPIs (e.g., timeline, scope, quality)
Support scope management and change control processes
Maintain visibility and traceability between requirements and deliverables
Contribute to change request processes, including:Documenting and clarifying requirements
Assessing potential impacts (timeline, effort, dependencies)
Supporting estimates and proposals
Operational Contribution
Contribute to Professional Services performance metrics such as:Resource utilization
Project financial performance
Forecasting and revenue tracking
Support resource planning across projects
Participate in improving delivery practices and operational efficiency
What You Bring
Experience
Experience in project management or delivery roles within IT, software, or system integration environments
Experience contributing to customer-facing projects
Exposure to media, broadcast, or content management systems is helpful
Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Skills
Familiarity with project delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Ability to understand technical systems, integrations, and cloud-based environments
Experience supporting requirements gathering, scope definition, and change management
Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies
Experience working with stakeholders and supporting communication across teams
Tools & Certifications
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
PMP certification is beneficial but not required
Familiarity with media workflows or broadcast operations is a plus
