The Project Administrator provides administrative and data entry support to site and project teams, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance tracking, onboarding coordination, and project data management. This role is primarily focused on data entry, reporting, and administrative coordination across multiple projects.
Job Details
Work set up: Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM | AEST
Holiday: Will follow AU holidays
Responsibilities
Assisting site teams in recording daily costs, data entry, and managing compliance documentation
Handling staff onboarding and inductions, including updating data such as licence information and related records
Data entry for new and existing projects, including procurement-related data entry
Registrations of plant and equipment
Weekly prestart and checklist reporting
Handling general information email enquiries
Maintaining accurate and organized project records and documentation
Supporting project teams with administrative and coordination tasks as required
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of data entry efficiency and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility and a strong team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with consistency and accuracy
Strong written communication skills for handling email enquiries
Prior experience in project support, administration, or data entry roles is preferred
Mature and professional approach to work
