Job Description:
• Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
• Partner with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans
• Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support
• Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
• Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches
• Help to manage UAT and volume stress testing
• Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
