Program Manager (Contract)

Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic marketing initiatives that empower people and organizations with AI skills and tools to thrive in an AI-powered economy. Working within a globally scaled demand center, you will play a crucial role in creating connected customer journeys that integrate marketing and sales to reach target audiences across nonprofit, education, and AI policy leader segments. This role focuses on supporting strategic marketing planning and execution to drive growth across unmanaged accounts in the small and medium business sector. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly influence business outcomes through sophisticated marketing strategies and execution. This is a four-month contract position offering the potential for extension, with fully remote work flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
• Own the planning and execution of integrated marketing plans anchored around solution plays, offers, programs, or other business priorities as required
• Develop customer journey mapping across all stages of the customer journey including both pre- and post-sales touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, sales, partner, marketing operations, business operations, and engineering teams
• Manage audience segmentation and cohort management strategies
• Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns including web, paid media, events, email, social media, and blog
• Define KPIs and measurable outcomes aligned with business priorities
• Create clear and actionable integrated marketing plans highly aligned with go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of integrated marketing experience
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing planning and execution
• Previous experience working with enterprise technology companies
• Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans anchored around solution plays, offers, or programs
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
• Expert knowledge of integrated marketing principles including strategy, planning, and execution
• Digital marketing expertise spanning both planning and execution
• Functional knowledge of marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in customer segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Experience with marketing channels including web, paid media, events, email, social media, and blog
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
• Strategic thinking with ability to align marketing initiatives to business outcomes
• Analytical skills to define and track KPIs
Additional Details:
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 2 months
• Pay Range*: $69 - $78.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
• Job Status: Non-Exempt
