We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to help plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects or initiatives across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy overseeing complex workflows, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring programs that consist of multiple projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities and milestones
Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Support resource planning, scheduling, and documentation for program initiatives
Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and delivery
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate program insights
Contribute to fostering best practices in program and project management
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years experience)
Experience in program or project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included)
Familiarity with project/program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
