About the Role Our client, a vibrant non-profit organization dedicated to fostering artistic expression and cultural enrichment in Nashville, Tennessee , is looking for a talented Program Coordinator . This role is central to the successful execution of various arts and culture programs, including workshops, exhibitions, and community events. This is a great chance to contribute to the rich cultural tapestry of Nashville . Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of arts and culture programs. Manage program logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and vendor coordination. Communicate effectively with artists, instructors, participants, and community partners. Develop and distribute program marketing materials and promotional content. Track program budgets, expenses, and provide financial reports. Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers. Collect program feedback and assist in evaluation efforts. Maintain program records and databases. Provide administrative support to the program team. Represent the organization at program events and community outreach activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or arts management. Strong interest and knowledge in various art forms and cultural disciplines. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with budget management is a plus. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. This role requires a Hybrid work arrangement, involving on-site presence in Nashville, Tennessee several days per week.
