Title: Product Owner - Digital Co‑Brand Growth & Acquisition Experiences
Location: Remote (Must be based in Miami/South Florida; some ship travel required)

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Product Owner to lead digital product experiences that drive co‑brand credit card acquisition, engagement, and spend across the entire guest journey—from pre‑cruise planning, to onboard engagement, through post‑cruise loyalty reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and digital vision for co‑brand credit card growth.
• Partner with Brand, CRM, and Bank of America teams on targeting, segmentation, and offer strategy.
• Drive continuous testing, personalization, and optimization using customer insights and behavioral economics.
• Lead execution of digital experiences that enhance acquisition funnels and spend mechanics.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services.
• Strong background in co‑brand card programs and acquisition/engagement strategies.
• Proven success launching and scaling mobile/web products; familiarity with modern app technologies and digital payments ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of credit card acquisition funnels, spend drivers, P&L mechanics, and reward structures.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap planning, and OKR‑based prioritization.
