What you will do:
Own Retail Product: Define and execute the product roadmap for QRIS and retail payment acceptance
Market Adaptation: Adapt retail products to a new market — localization, regulatory compliance, local payment methods
Merchant Acquisition: Partner with Business and Operations teams to drive merchant onboarding and activation
Partner Integration: Work with payment partners and acquirers to enable seamless payment acceptance
Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs including active merchants, transaction volume, and merchant retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver on roadmap
User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions
What we're looking for:
3+ years in product management, ideally in commerce, fintech, or payments
Hands-on experience with merchants and a track record on growth problems
Familiarity with SEA markets and payment acceptance or merchant acquiring
Sharp analytical instincts — you make decisions with data, not gut alone
Comfortable running user research end-to-end, from interviews to insights
Experience shipping integrations with external partners
Thrives in ambiguity, works well across remote teams, and communicates with clarity
Familiar with agile ways of working
