This is an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate with sophisticated products liability experience to work with leading companies across cutting-edge industries on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements
- Handle sophisticated products liability and complex commercial litigation matters
- Draft and argue briefs, motions, correspondence, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments
- Manage document collection, review, and production processes
- Analyze technical, causation, and failure-related issues in complex litigation matters
- Support multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state court proceedings
- Work closely with clients, experts, and multidisciplinary legal teams
- Assist in developing litigation strategy for national and international matters
