Our team goal is to develop useful products so people can work better. You will contribute to this goal by providing support for the commercialization and marketing of our products and services offered to our partner network. Succeeding in this role involves ensuring proper alignment with the "Channel Marketplace' product go-to-market strategy and an understanding of the operational aspects of product management. To do this, you will collaborate with product managers as well as members of other operational teams, particularly with sales and billing.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role
Request offer creation with required parameters
Request name and description translations
Maintain and prepare product pricing within our platform and internal pricelists:
Request price changes for catalog and subscriptions
Update pricelist documents
Update quote tools pricing
Request product Iines discounts and promo codes creation
Act as a liaison agent between operational teams
Identify inefficiencies and participate in the automation of recurring operational tasks
Upload quantities and establish mappings during manual usage reconciliations
Act as an escalation point to investigate discrepancies and issues raised by customer incidents
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Office 365 and Power Bl (or other Bl tools) is considered an asset
You have a thirst for learning and a definite interest in the field of high technology
You value teamwork, you demonstrate leadership and exercise a positive influence on the work teams with which you collaborate
You are results-oriented, analytical and capable of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies
