President / Operator (Co-Founder Opportunity) Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Equity + Profit Priority (no salary until profitable) + Long-Term Ownership Build Something Extraordinary Splashly is looking for an exceptional President / Operator to help build an AI software company from an early-stage business into an industry-leading company. This is not a traditional executive position. We're looking for a true operating partner—someone who has already helped scale a high-growth SaaS company and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. About Splashly Splashly is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses: • Create better marketing faster • Test more ideas without expensive production costs • Identify winning ads and emails before wasting advertising dollars • Scale successful marketing with greater speed and confidence Our mission is simple: Make marketing easier, faster, and more profitable. Current stage: • MVP launching in July • Over 6,000 users on our pre-launch email list • Existing paying customers from a previous version of the platform • Bootstrapped with no outside investors • Lean founding team with significant growth potential Responsibilities As President / COO, you'll serve as the operational leader of the business. Responsibilities include: • Leading day-to-day operations • Building scalable systems and processes • Meeting with early adopters • Hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams • Driving execution across the organization • Establishing operational accountability • Helping shape product and business strategy • Working directly with the founder to execute the long-term vision • Building the operational foundation required to scale to a major exit Required Qualifications We're specifically looking for someone who has: • Played a significant leadership role in scaling a SaaS company from an early stage to a $50M+ valuation (preferred $100M+) • Experience building teams, systems, and operational infrastructure • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities • A track record of creating accountability and operational excellence • Exceptional communication skills • High integrity and strong personal values Experience as a Founder, President, COO, Head of Operations, VP of Operations, VP of Marketing or similar executive leadership role is highly valued.
