Provide academic and career guidance to post-baccalaureate students in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct thorough assessment of students' academic and career goals to develop personalized plans for success.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic support programs for post-baccalaureate students.
Advise students on course selection and registration to ensure timely completion of degree requirements.
Monitor students' progress and provide necessary interventions to address academic challenges.
Assist students in identifying and applying for internships, research opportunities, and other career-related experiences.
Stay updated on current industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and accurate information to students.
Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on various academic and career-related topics for post-baccalaureate students.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of students' academic progress and career development.
Serve as a liaison between students and other university departments to address any concerns or issues.
Participate in recruitment and retention efforts by representing the university at events and engaging with potential and current students.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of post-baccalaureate programs and initiatives.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards students, colleagues, and the university community.
Adhere to all university policies and procedures and promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Continuously evaluate and improve services for post-baccalaureate students based on feedback and data analysis.
