POD Leader (Amazon + TikTok Shop)

We’re Hiring: POD Leader (Amazon + TikTok Shop) at Sophie Society! Sophie Society is hiring a Pod Leader to manage both Amazon PPC and TikTok Shop accounts for a portfolio of clients. This is a hybrid role combining performance marketing, marketplace operations, and team leadership. You will lead a small pod responsible for delivering results across both Amazon and TikTok Shop, while helping scale a bundled service offering. Role Overview You will manage client accounts across Amazon and TikTok Shop, lead a small team, and act as the main point of contact for clients. This role requires strong Amazon PPC expertise and the ability to operate across both platforms to deliver a unified growth strategy. Key Details • Type: Full-Time • Location: Remote • Salary: $4,000/month + bonus Responsibilities Amazon PPC & Account Management • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD) across multiple accounts • Optimize keywords, bids, budgets, and listings to meet performance targets • Use SQP and Brand Analytics to inform strategy • Handle catalog management, variations, and listing troubleshooting • Manage Creator Connections workflows where applicable • Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients TikTok Shop Operations • Manage GMV Max campaigns, including budgets and performance optimization • Oversee affiliate and creator programs for assigned brands • Coordinate Flash Sales and promotional events • Monitor shop health, compliance, and platform updates • Work closely with the Influencer/Community Manager on creator strategy Pod Leadership • Lead a pod of 2–4 team members • Act as the main client-facing contact • Coordinate work across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and creator management • Train and mentor junior team members • Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and service quality are met Cross-Channel Strategy • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Amazon and TikTok Shop services • Develop integrated growth strategies across both platforms • Track and report the impact of TikTok Shop on Amazon performance • Contribute to content and listing optimization strategies Requirements • Proven Amazon PPC experience (minimum 2 years, portfolio required) • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Center, GMV Max, or affiliate programs) • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Experience managing multiple client accounts • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Leadership experience (managed or mentored team members) • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have • Spanish language skills • Agency experience (working with external clients) • Experience with TikTok analytics tools (e.g. Kalodata, Yuca) • Familiarity with Creator Connections, Brand Analytics, and SQP • Experience with content optimization (Amazon listings, TikTok creatives) • Background in e-commerce (DTC, Shopify, etc.) • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or similar tools How to Apply Please submit: • Your CV • Examples of Amazon PPC accounts you have managed • Any TikTok Shop experience (campaigns, affiliates, or operations) • Results and performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, GMV, etc.) Applications without proven Amazon PPC experience will not be considered.
