The Opportunity
Are you ready to build the infrastructure that powers the future of finance?
We are partnering with an elite, global digital asset and fintech pioneer that is completely rewriting the rules of financial infrastructure. As they scale, they are launching a brand-new, R&D center and looking for Developer Platform Engineers to serve as the core builders of their Financial Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement deterministic, hermetic builds (Docker + K8s) with pinned toolchains for zero-drift deployment.
• Integrate advanced SLSA attestation, artifact signing, and end-to-end dependency chain verification.
• Develop a queryable graph database to analyze change impacts at the PR level and drive selective, automated test orchestration.
• Manage and optimize GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) to handle seamless staging-canary-production promotion with automated rollbacks.
• Build and maintain critical site-provisioning tools, version management consoles, and rapid security patch force-push pipelines.
Tech Stack & Major Requirements
• 5+ years of deep engineering experience across Backend, Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Tools.
• Strong production proficiency in Go (highly preferred) or Java/Kotlin.
• Deep production-level Kubernetes expertise (writing custom controllers, operators, and CRDs) alongside GitOps at scale.
• Hands-on mastery of Bazel or Gradle (focused on reproducible builds, remote caching, and graph optimization).
• Proven track record of developing custom or highly advanced production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus Points
• Prior experience on developer platform or release engineering teams at top-tier fintech, crypto, or massive-scale internet companies.
