JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist

• Clinical Shift Schedule: Primarily evening coverage within a 5:00 PM–10:00 PM EST window with weekend coverage required
COVERAGE DATES
• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Contract Length: 26 weeks ongoing
• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday evening coverage with a minimum of 2 weekends per month
• Shift Length: Typically 2–3 hours with occasional flexibility up to 5 hours depending on volume
• Weekend Coverage Window: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST as needed

• Case Mix: General Diagnostic Radiology studies across multiple modalities excluding Mammography

• PACS System: Konica Minolta EXA PACS with Fluency Direct AI-assisted technology
• Department Description: Remote diagnostic radiology interpretation coverage
• Specialty Backup Available: Hospital radiology support staff available as needed

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Available for providers with clean background and malpractice history
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certification: Required
• Licenses: Active Kentucky License or IMLC Required
• Providers with personal workstation setup highly preferred
• Three professional references required following interview process
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret diagnostic radiology studies remotely across multiple imaging modalities
• Provide evening and weekend radiology coverage based on client scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting within PACS systems
• Manage steady imaging volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Collaborate with facility staff to support continuity of patient care
• Adhere to credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements
