Where PT Fits with Go Clinic's Telemedicine Model and Your Role as a Telehealth Physical Therapist:
• Conduct virtual evaluations and deliver individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI/concussion) and associated conditions, including cervicogenic pain, whiplash-associated disorders, and post-traumatic musculoskeletal complaints.
• Provide neuro-vestibular rehabilitation — vestibulo-ocular training, gaze stabilization, habituation, and balance retraining — for dizziness, visual motion sensitivity, and balance dysfunction.
• Guide graded return-to-activity and exercise progression as patients advance through recovery.
• Collaborate remotely with the treating physicians, OT, psychology, and in-person providers as clinically indicated.
• Promote accessibility and continuity of care for patients who may face barriers to traditional in-clinic visits.

Requirements:
• Active physical therapy license (DPT or equivalent); PT Compact privileges a plus.
• Experience in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, or orthopedic care of the cervical spine (vestibular certification or neurologic/orthopedic specialty certification preferred).
• Experience or willingness to adapt to telemedicine (evaluations, guided exercise progression, and follow-ups translate well to virtual formats).
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology.
