Direct hire Personal Assistant to the CEO opportunity, remote-eligible for candidates based in Florida or New York. The hiring organization is a high-growth, globally recognized company headquartered in New York City. The role requires 5 or more years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-net-worth individual, comfort blending business and personal scope, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Outlook and mobile-based workflows. About the Role This is not a traditional administrative role. The Personal Assistant operates as part of a collaborative executive support team, providing seamless, high-touch support across both professional and personal priorities. Key Responsibilities Executive Support • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones • Coordinate meetings and ensure all logistics, materials, and participants are aligned • Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and executive communications • Track and manage follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks • Assist with conference coordination, registrations, and executive materials including bios and headshots • Support scheduling and logistics tied to events, meetings, and external engagements • Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders Personal and Household Support • Coordinate household operations including vendor management and scheduling • Assist with personal requests, errands, and day-to-day logistics • Partner with family and household staff to ensure seamless coordination Team Collaboration • Work closely with other executive support team members to divide and execute responsibilities • Participate in daily check-ins and ongoing communication to manage priorities Required Experience • 5 or more years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-net-worth individual • Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment • Proven ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities Core Competencies • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication, including text messaging • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook and mobile-based workflows • Operates with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Compensation and Benefits • Competitive base salary • Performance-based bonus • Comprehensive benefits package • Long-term incentives Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
