Personal Assistant/Marketing Assistant – Clean House, Inc. Company Location: Main Line, Philadelphia & parts of New Jersey Job Type: Remote; Part-Time Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: $8-18/hour starting rate, with opportunities for increases based on performance About Clean House, Inc. Clean House is a growing professional organizing company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. We help busy families create homes that support them through organizing, moving management, closet installations, room transformations, and more. About the Role: We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Marketing Assistant to help support the owner and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an ideal position for someone who loves organization, social media, systems, and checking things off a list. Responsibilities: - Schedule and publish social media content - Create Canva graphics and Instagram stories - Organize photos and videos from projects - Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - Assist with email newsletters - Track leads and basic business metrics - Help manage calendars and appointments - Follow up on small administrative tasks - Research products, vendors, and local events - Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications: - Highly organized and dependable - Strong written communication skills - Comfortable using Canva - Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - Detail-oriented and proactive - Able to work independently - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bonus Skills: - HoneyBook experience - Google Workspace experience - Basic video editing - Professional organizing experience - Photography or content creation experience Position Details: - Part-time - Flexible hours - Remote with occasional local support opportunities - Approximately 5-10 hours per week to start - Opportunity for growth as the company grows How to Apply Please submit your resume and (if available) a link to your LinkedIn profile.
