Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads / PPC) – Multi-Location Lead Generation

Building the Performance Engine Behind a National Brand We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing / PPC operator to help architect and scale a multi-location lead generation engine. This is not a “manage some ad accounts” role. This is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for building the performance infrastructure behind a growing national brand. What You’ll Own • Architect, launch, and scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns across dozens of markets • Drive qualified lead generation, with a focus on revenue—not just volume • Build and optimize multi-location campaign structures that scale efficiently • Develop attribution models across GA4, CRM systems, and HubSpot • Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies • Replace fragmented agency workflows with streamlined, in-house systems • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI What We’re Looking For • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Local Services Ads at scale • Proven experience in multi-location or franchise marketing environments • Strong understanding of lead quality, attribution, and revenue tracking • Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM integrations, and HubSpot reporting • Ability to scale campaigns across multiple markets without performance degradation Ideal Background • Home services, luxury services, franchise systems, or high-ticket lead generation • Operator mindset — you think in systems, not campaigns • Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level • Experience bringing performance marketing in-house from agency environments • Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker Why This Role • Ground-floor opportunity to build and shape the performance engine of a national brand • High ownership, high impact — your work directly drives revenue • Opportunity to define systems, structure, and long-term growth strategy Additional Requirements • Must be based in the United States • East Coast or Midwest preferred Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • PPC: 5 years (Required) Location: • United States (Required) Work Location: Remote
