Building the Performance Engine Behind a National Brand
We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing / PPC operator to help architect and scale a multi-location lead generation engine.
This is not a “manage some ad accounts” role.
This is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for building the performance infrastructure behind a growing national brand.
What You’ll Own
• Architect, launch, and scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns across dozens of markets
• Drive qualified lead generation, with a focus on revenue—not just volume
• Build and optimize multi-location campaign structures that scale efficiently
• Develop attribution models across GA4, CRM systems, and HubSpot
• Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies
• Replace fragmented agency workflows with streamlined, in-house systems
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI
What We’re Looking For
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Local Services Ads at scale
• Proven experience in multi-location or franchise marketing environments
• Strong understanding of lead quality, attribution, and revenue tracking
• Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM integrations, and HubSpot reporting
• Ability to scale campaigns across multiple markets without performance degradation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
