Role Description
The People Relations Partner (PRP) is responsible for supporting all aspects of team member relations, including:
- Conducting investigations
- Overseeing terminations
- Providing litigation support
- Managing certification tracking
This role ensures that the company maintains a fair, compliant, and supportive work environment. The People Relations Partner will collaborate with People leadership to:
- Mitigate risk
- Resolve team member issues
- Ensure the consistent application of company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of five plus years of experience in employee and/or labor relations, specifically in employee relations, Generalist or related role with a focus on investigations and terminations
- Strong understanding of employment law and litigation processes
- Experience conducting investigations and managing complex team member relations issues
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRBP preferred
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Must pass MVR background check

Essential Functions
- People Relations Management: Serve as the primary advisor on team member relations matters
- Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into team member complaints
- Terminations and Offboarding: Support the termination process and ensure compliance
- Compliance and Certification Management: Assist in tracking and managing team member certifications
- Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies
- Litigation and Risk Management Support: Collaborate with the legal team for employment-related litigation
