The Role: As our Patient Intake Coordinator your primary focus will be managing patient profiles, verifying insurance eligibility, and generating accurate orders. What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision What You’ll Be Doing • Gathering and accurately entering essential information from new customers, including names, addresses, diagnoses, physician details, product needs, and insurance data. • Creating accurate orders and processing billing in strict accordance with company policies and procedures. • Verifying patient insurance eligibility and securing written orders from physicians prior to generation, ensuring compliance with all insurance and company requirements. • Entering product details into the system while ensuring company profit margin guidelines are consistently met. • Taking on additional administrative duties as assigned to help the clinic or office run smoothly.
