Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

As a Part‑Time Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the guardian of shift data that fuels our operations, scheduling, and billing processes. Accurate shift entry is the backbone of our ability to match nurses with assignments, ensure compliance, and maintain the trust of our clients. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Specialist, you will enter, verify, and maintain shift records with precision, while also identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

This is a temporary position designed for individuals who can commit to 15‑20 hours per week, primarily during nights and weekends. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality are essential to success in this role.
