Partner Manager – HR Tech

Job Description: • Build and leverage a robust network within our partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow. • Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within your assigned region. • Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals. • Deliver high-energy training (in-person and virtual) to sales teams to articulate the G-P value proposition and identify client pain points. • Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell team(s), ensuring transparent tracking and facilitating reciprocal opportunities.
