**The Role: Customer Care Expert**
As a Customer Care Expert, you'll play a vital role in fostering lasting relationships with our customers by providing exceptional experiences. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Your success will be measured by your ability to prioritize customers, establish trust, and deliver seamless and convenient experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Customer-Centric Approach**: Prioritize customers and their needs in all interactions, establishing and earning their trust through attentive and personalized service.
* **Inbound Customer Service**: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously, handling overflow appointment requests with precision.
* **On-Call Support**: Be available for on-call duties as required, providing timely and effective support to our customers.
* **Issue Resolution**: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns, demonstrating strong character and values in every customer interaction.
* **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team to ensure a unified customer care approach, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
* **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional results.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
* **Age Requirement**: Minimum age of eligibility: 18 years or older.
* **Teachability**: Willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* **Communication Skills**: Professional and amiable phone presence, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* **Experience**: Previous Customer Care experience is preferred, but not required.
* **Screening**: Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to follow/utilize the playbook when handling different topics/conversations, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations.
