Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting the site manager with facility operations * Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers * Showing storage units, explaining the terms of rental agreements, and preparing rental contracts * Performing general routine property cleanup and minor repair work * Ensuring that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers * Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through our comprehensive training program **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Show storage units to customers, explaining the terms of rental agreements and preparing rental contracts * Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work, ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and secure * Ensure that all vacant storage units are available for new customers, maintaining a high level of inventory management * Participate in ongoing continuous arenaflex education, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Collaborate with the site manager to achieve facility goals and objectives **Minimum Qualifications** * Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a storage or logistics environment * Basic knowledge of storage operations and facility management * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. **Physical Demands** The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and repositioning to reach and use tools.
