About the position One Home Health is a full-service, Medicare-certified home health agency licensed in Illinois and Indiana. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, personalized in-home care through a highly trained, world-class team committed to exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to support our growing home care operations across Illinois and Indiana. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, with primary responsibility for full-cycle recruitment, while also supporting core HR functions including benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance. Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding • Partner with leadership on staffing needs and hiring strategies • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Deliver a positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems • Generate reports and support HR analytics • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes • Administer benefits programs, including enrollments and changes • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries • Support open enrollment and vendor coordination • Assist with payroll processing and data accuracy • Track employee hours, wage changes, and deductions • Support payroll audits and compliance • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations • Support policy implementation and employee communications • Assist with employee relations matters and documentation • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycor, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems) • Working knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits • Competitive Pay • Flexible Scheduling • Hybrid Work Environment • Supportive Clinical & Leadership Team • 401(k) Program • Fast Hiring Process Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
