**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting our Customer Service team, specifically in the areas of Ticket and Gate operations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.
**Ticket Agent Responsibilities**
* Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
* Manage the check-in process, ensuring customers have the proper documentation for travel
* Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
* Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
**Gate Agent Responsibilities**
* Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process
* Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others
* Embrace a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
* Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to
* Possess entry-level computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
* Must be fluent, both written and orally, in Spanish
