**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Local Success Coach, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing guidance and support to families throughout the matching process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.
* Clearly communicating program regulations, policies, and expectations to Host Families and Au Pairs, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the Au Pair experience.
* Conducting in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure families comprehend program requirements for hosting an Au Pair, promoting a safe and enriching environment for both parties.
* Facilitating orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival, providing a warm welcome and essential information to ensure a smooth transition.
* Maintaining consistent communication through monthly phone calls and in-person meetings with families and Au Pairs, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
* Organizing and promoting cultural events in the local area for Au Pairs, providing opportunities for socialization, cultural exchange, and personal growth.
* Collaborating with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs, ensuring a cohesive and effective team effort.
* Building and maintaining personal relationships with families and Au Pairs, ensuring high-quality communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Your remuneration is tiered based on the total number of families you actively support. The estimated annual compensation is as follows:
* For 3 active families: Approximately 1.4 hours per week, totaling around $4,500 per year.
* For 11 active families: Approximately 3.0 hours per week, totaling around $9,300 per year.
As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for deliverables submitted from the previous month, with an hourly equivalent of approximately $60, subject to fluctuations based on client dynamics throughout the year.
