As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational datasets used for data/text mining and analysis. You will gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute data analysis and insights projects, leveraging various data sources and statistical techniques to drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to a wide range of audiences.
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop meaningful insights and recommendations to management.
- Apply data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Guide less senior staff and work on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Present findings and insights to management and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance.
- At least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
- Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, numerical analysis, and categorical data analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, Python/R, Automation, Revenue Data, and Fundamental Accounting Principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
