**Position Overview**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes answering the company phone, responding to voicemails, emailing guests who have questions about our drag queen-hosted tours, and managing bookings using our reservation management system.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Email Correspondence**: Respond to guest inquiries via email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
* **Voicemail Management**: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* **Reservation Management**: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
* **Customer Assistance**: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information.
* **Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
* **Maintain Brand Voice**: Communicate in a manner that reflects the fun, engaging, and fabulous personality of arenaflex.
**Qualifications**
* **Experience**: Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting or tourism/hospitality industry.
* **Reservation Management Skills**: Experience using a reservation management system is a plus
* **Google Workspace**: Experience with gmail, google voice is a plus
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
* **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using email platforms, VoIP phone systems, and other digital communication tools.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
* **Availability**: About 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexible weekday hours and occasional required weekends.
* **Personality**: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
