Overview
We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help follow up with inbound leads and past customers.
Your role is simple:
reach out, start conversations, and get customers scheduled.
This is not a cold sales role. People you contact have already shown interest or worked with us before.
Schedule
• 1.5 to 2 hours per day
• Typically between 4:30pm–6:30pm
• Flexible within that window
Responsibilities
• Call and text new leads who requested service
• Follow up with leads we haven’t connected with yet
• Reach out to past customers to get them back on schedule
• Book appointments for estimates or service
• Log activity in ServiceMinder
Pay
• $15–$18 per hour
• + $15 per booked appointment
Can easily earn an additional $50–$150 per week in bonuses
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable talking on the phone (this is the most important)
• Clear communicator, friendly but direct
• Reliable and consistent (shows up every day)
• Organized and able to follow a simple process
• Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience is a plus
