About the Role: Warehouse Worker Part Time Flex, Night Shift
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team on a part-time, flexible schedule. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed to ensure the efficient flow of products.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders, as required by job duty.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with heights of 20-30 feet regularly, and bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shifts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow direction and change priorities as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working with heights and in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience, although not required, is a plus.
- Experience working with technologies, such as computers or point of sale systems.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and control principles.
