We make durable, 100% stainless steel bento boxes and lunch sets that are kid-proof, easy to clean, and actually keep food separated and safe—no toxins, no drama.My Instagram (@plasticfreelilypad) is brand new and basically a blank slate right now. I'm looking for a reliable part-time Virtual Assistant to help me get it rolling without burning me out.
What you'll help with (10–15 hours/month to start):
Profile optimization (bio, highlights, linktree, etc.)
Creating a simple 30-day content calendar focused on Reels
Light editing of my raw phone videos (using CapCut or similar) – I'll film the authentic mom/lunch packing stuff
Writing fun, engaging captions that match my wholesome "real family chaos" vibe
Scheduling posts + daily engagement (liking/commenting on similar mom/eco accounts)
Basic hashtag research and growth tips for the parenting + zero-waste niche
What I'm looking for:
Experience with Instagram Reels for small e-commerce or mom brands (Etsy experience is a big plus!)
Warm, positive energy – you get the "helping moms ditch plastic for their kids" mission
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Bonus if you're a mom or familiar with eco/parenting content
Budget: $5–10 per hour (or equivalent monthly for 10–15 hours). We can start with a small test project (profile setup + first 5–9 posts) and grow from there if it’s a great fit. Flexible hours around your schedule.
