Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Event & Administrative Coordinator to support our team during a busy event season. This role is part-time and remote, with a mix of client communication, event coordination, and general admin support.
There is strong potential for ongoing part-time work beyond the contract period for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate logistics for events (timelines, talent, production needs)
● Communicate with clients via email and phone in a polished, professional manner
● Support internal team with scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks
● Assist with preparation leading up to live events
Requirements
● Experience organizing or working on corporate events and/or weddings
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
● Background or familiarity with live music, entertainment, or AV production
