We're committed to fostering a relaxed and enjoyable work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth. **Job Summary** As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and facilitating appointment scheduling. Your primary objective will be to positively represent our automotive dealer clients' brands, convert conversations into leads, and drive revenue growth. **Responsibilities** - Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat - Deliver accurate information regarding products and services via chat - Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details - Collect customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation - Summarize customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration - Develop and update a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services **Work Schedule** We're looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after first week of training.
