As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working remotely from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Claim Intake:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience during potentially challenging situations.
- Offer empathy and support to customers throughout the claim process, addressing their needs with compassion and professionalism.
- Accurately document claim details provided by customers, adhering to client-specific handling instructions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize call scripting to maintain consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
- Punctuality and Reliability:
- Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to our customers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Language Skills:
- The ability to read and interpret various documents, such as police and accident reports.
- Effective writing skills for routine correspondence and detailed descriptions.
- A confident, clear, and professional telephone presence.
- The ability to provide feedback in a positive, professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, making you a valuable asset to our bilingual teams.
- Computer Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
Network Requirements for Remote Work
To ensure a seamless and secure working experience from home, you'll need:
- A reliable computer and internet connection. Upon hire, you'll be required to run a Speed Test from your computer (via www.speedtest.net) to verify your connection speed.
- An Ethernet connection is strongly recommended for stability.
- A private network is mandatory; working in public locations is not permitted.
- No VPNs are allowed, as logins must originate from within the US.

Flexible Scheduling

- Friday 4:00PM-8:00PM & Monday 2:00PM-6:00PM
- Fridays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM
- Mondays Only 2:00PM-6:00PM (and other Monday-only shifts)
- Monday-Friday shifts with varying hours
- Specific bilingual shifts
