**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Digital Engagement and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
* Providing support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
* Assisting with data entry and record management in Salesforce, ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
* Engaging with customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for all
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
* Process customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
* Provide support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
* Assist with data entry and record management in Salesforce

**Essential Qualifications:**
