**Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients via phone, ensuring a positive experience for each caller
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing all inquiries, and providing accurate and efficient responses
* Building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
* Meeting or exceeding call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
* Meeting department productivity and quality standards
* Striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues
* Communicating and following instructions for one call customer resolution
* Delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
* Taking an active role in educating customers about arenaflex's clients' products and services
* Completing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, skills
* SAP experience is a plus
* Excellent data entry accuracy and communication skills
* Experience with customer service in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
* Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are a plus:
* Experience with CRM software
* Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
