We primarily serve individuals within the Tri-Cities (Saginaw, Bay City, Midland) and are passionate about providing meaningful care to our local communities. We are a small, close-knit team of four clinicians with over 50+ years of combined clinical experience. We’ve intentionally built our practice to balance strong clinical foundations with flexibility, autonomy, and reduced administrative burden—so clinicians can focus on what actually matters: their clients. Why We’re Hiring We continue to receive steady referrals from our local community, and while we’re currently at capacity, we’re looking to grow ahead of demand so we can continue welcoming new clients. Caseload will build based on your availability and client fit. What Makes This Role Different • In-network with 31+ insurance panels (steady referral flow) • Weekly pay for reliable, predictable income • Streamlined documentation with automated notetaking (less time charting) • Administrative support handled (billing, systems, infrastructure) • Business email + established systems for organization and professionalism • Flexible scheduling — you control your caseload • Fully remote (telehealth-based) • Clinical autonomy with minimal micromanagement • A supportive, collaborative team that actually feels like a team Position Overview We are seeking a part-time LMSW or LLMSW to provide virtual outpatient therapy services to adults, adolescents, and/or children. This is a 1099 contractor role ideal for someone who values independence, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work. Please note: We are only able to hire LMSW or LLMSW clinicians at this time, as we do not provide supervision for other licensure tracks. Compensation • 75/25 split (clinician receives 75%) Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy via telehealth • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Manage your schedule and caseload • Communicate professionally with clients and team Qualifications • LMSW or LLMSW licensed in Michigan • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor • Experience working with adults, adolescents, and/or children preferred • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Skills • Strong clinical judgment and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability • Effective time management and organization (including timely documentation) • Clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members • Comfort adapting clinical approach to meet individual client needs • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and general technology • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical decision-making • Reliable internet connection and access to a private, confidential space suitable for telehealth sessions • Access to a computer with video capabilities (camera and audio) for conducting virtual sessions • Openness to feedback, growth, and ongoing clinical development Ideal Candidate • Located in or familiar with the Tri-Cities (Saginaw, Bay City, Midland) • Values connection, authenticity, and client-centered care • Comfortable working independently while staying collaborative • Wants flexibility without sacrificing consistency or support How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your clinical style, areas of interest, and current availability.
