Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Possess one of the following educational credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR
- 60 semester hours of college coursework; OR
- High school diploma or equivalent + a passing score on the ACT WorkKeys Test or ETS ParaPro Test.
- Hold one of the following licenses:
- Professional Educator’s License (PEL); OR
- Substitute License (SUB); OR
- Educator License with Stipulations (ELS‑PARA).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
