About Us We’re a growing consumer advocacy team helping homeowners resolve disputes with major solar, home renovation, and financing companies. We’re not a law firm. We partner with attorneys to prepare strong, factual, and well-documented cases. Our goal is to make the legal process fairer, faster, and more accessible for consumers who’ve been misled or overcharged. About This Role This is a paralegal administrative role focused on contract review, document organization, and case file preparation. You’ll work alongside our attorneys, handling the structured day to day work that keeps cases moving. Active California Bar license required. Applications without an active California Bar license will not be considered. What You’ll Do • Reviewing contracts between California homeowners and solar, renovation, or financing companies • Organizing and auditing internal case files before submission to partner law firms • Flagging contract terms and clauses that may indicate consumer finance or disclosure issues • Preparing factual summaries and document indexes for attorney review • Contacting clients to confirm contract details and gather missing documentation • Maintaining accurate records in Google Workspace • Attending weekly training and case feedback calls • Supporting process improvements and documentation standards What We’re Looking For • Active California Bar membership in good standing • Comfort with detail-heavy, structured administrative work • Familiarity with California consumer contracts and basic consumer protection concepts • Ability to follow a structured process while applying careful judgment • Clear, plain English writing skills • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Zoom • Full-time availability, 35 to 40 hours per week, as your primary role • U.S. based This Role Isn’t a Fit If • You’re looking for litigation or courtroom work • You’re juggling multiple part-time clients or running a separate practice • You need step by step direction for every file • You prefer occasional freelance work over a steady full-time role Why Join Us Meaningful work.
