PANCE Prep Content Reviewer & Editor (Physician Assistant)

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Physician Assistant who is actively teaching in a PA program to review, revise, and sometimes create PANCE preparation materials. Work is 100% remote, fully asynchronous, and project-based — perfect for someone who wants flexible, high-value work on their own schedule. Key Responsibilities • Thoroughly review and provide expert feedback on practice questions, explanations, visual aids, flashcards, and reference materials • Revise content for clinical accuracy, educational effectiveness, and alignment with the latest PANCE blueprint • Occasionally create new content (practice questions, explanations, visual aids, etc.) • Ensure all materials meet the highest standards of medical accuracy and student success • Collaborate asynchronously with our content team via intuitive tools (no meetings required) What You Bring • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) • Currently teaching in an accredited PA program (faculty, lecturer, clinical coordinator, or similar active role) with ideally 3-10+ years of experience • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of PANCE content and real-world clinical practice • Excellent written communication and editing skills • Extremely comfortable working with computers, large datasets, and modern digital tools • Self-motivated, organized, and able to deliver high-quality work independently • Interest in an institutional ambassador (sales) role in the future What We Offer • Competitive compensation: $55–75 per hour (final rate based on experience) • Fully remote & asynchronous — work whenever and wherever you want • Meaningful projects that directly improve PA student outcomes • Public recognition as a Content Reviewer on our live website • Opportunity to work with next-generation educational technology • Flexible, ongoing project-based engagement (scale up or down as your schedule allows) • Generous commission for institutional sales If you’re passionate about PA education and want to help create something better than the current platforms, we’d love to work with you.
