Paid Ads Specialist, PPC Manager

Job Description: • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Local) across multiple brands and locations • Manage Meta Ads campaigns to support awareness and lead generation efforts • Build scalable and repeatable campaign structures that can be applied across different markets • Handle multiple local advertising budgets simultaneously, ensuring efficient spend allocation • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities • Develop standardized frameworks for keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign setup • Track and analyze key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, lead volume, and ROAS • Execute A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, keyword strategies, and audience targeting • Generate clear, actionable performance reports to guide decision-making • Design and document scalable PPC systems, workflows, and best practices • Improve operational efficiency through automation and structured processes • Use AI tools to support keyword research, ad creation, data analysis, and reporting while applying strong strategic judgment • Collaborate with leadership and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with growth objectives Requirements: • 5–10+ years of experience in PPC, ideally within a digital marketing agency • Proven track record managing multiple ad accounts at the same time • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (primary) and Meta Ads (secondary) • Solid understanding of local lead generation strategies • Experience working with small to mid-sized budgets across multiple campaigns • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions • Experience with conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis • Ability to build and document scalable systems and processes • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows Benefits: • Competitive salary • Flexible working hours • Professional development budget • Home office setup allowance • Global team events Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
