• MANAGING ALL LEADS ON ACT / MANAGE TELE-MARKETERS, GIVE THEM THEIR DATA; IMPORT & EXPORT EXCEL LEAD SPREADSHEETS IN & OUT OF ACT
SENDING GWS INTRO’S TO NEW PROSPECTS; SENDING CHASE-UP EMAILS TO PROSPECTS
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• PRE-CONTRACT MANAGEMENT / QUOTES / SITE SURVEYS
• FURNITURE QUOTES / RESEARCH
• MANAGE LEAD SOURCES – TMI & OML
• DEALING WITH SUPPLY CHAIN – SUBCONTRACTORS; DISTRIBUTORS; FURNITURE MANUFACTURERS
• MANAGE SAFECONTRACTOR
• MANAGE EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
• MANAGE DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN
• POST REQUIREMENTS / MANAGE RESPONSE / CREATE SHORT-LIST / VIEWING SCHEDULES
• INTRO’S / FOLLOW-UP EMAILS
