As an Outreach Advisor / SDR at Spear Education, you’ll be a key player in driving new business through effective lead generation and outbound sales efforts. You’ll connect with dental professionals, identify qualified opportunities, and help expand our reach in the dental education market.
What You’ll Do
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
• Build pipeline momentum by scheduling meetings and converting interest into qualified opportunities
• Exceed performance goals for activity metrics and demos
• Communicate value by confidently positioning Spear’s industry-leading solutions

What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive approach
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
• Preferred: Experience in sales development, business development, or meeting a quota
Schedule: Remote or if you are in the Phoenix area a hybrid office schedule (Tuesdays & Thursdays in office)
