Role Overview
Develops and leads project management, implementation, and facilitation of programs that support OD strategies and desired outcomes. Designs curriculums, programs, workshops, and learning resources aligned with adult learning practices and research. Facilitates learning & development programs, presentations, trainings, and onboarding activities.
What You Will Do
Collects and assesses data regarding the effectiveness of learning & development initiatives. Builds partnerships across the organization to enhance learning and development programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of organizational development experience in a large complex organization
- Knowledgeable in adult learning theories, instructional design, curriculum development, and learning tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to learn a variety of types of technology
- Demonstrated experience and skills in project management
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to function in a highly outcomes and results-oriented driven environment
